It works great! I really like the digital thermostat; it is wonderful to be able to read it. George was a pleasure to work with, very professional and took the time to answer any questions I had. He immediately contacted George to come out and see me the same morning to discuss my options. George did a fantastic job of explaining my options and then followed through making sure I was satisfied and helping me apply to any qualifying rebates. I wanted to drop you a line and let you know how happy I was with the service your company provided. I also want to congratulate you on your service tech Albert Beamon. What a wonderful person. I could not have asked for a better person. Not only was he professional,knowledgeable and friendly but he also went above and beyond. I was having problems keeping the air filter properly placed on the unit. There is nothing to hold up the filter, no brackets, nothing. Albert fixed that problem for me by adding this metal strip to hold the air filter in place. That is what I call an "old fashion service of days gone by". When I thought Albert was finished we went outside to continue on the cleaning of the outside unit. I have never seen that done before. He was a delight and because of the wonderful service, I decided to go with the $189.00 plan. I was hesitant at the beginning but he made me feel very comfortable and explained my savings and advantages with no pressure. Now I don't have to worry about my air conditioning service because I have you, Albert, at Shumate! I also want to congratulate you on your wonderful customer service when I called. You were the first person I had contact with and you definitely opened the door. You were a pleasure to talk to and helped me a lot with my concern about the water sound that I kept hearing. We talked like old friends and even laughed a bit. I felt so a peace after talking to you. You know how people get taken to the cleaners all the time on these issues. I will definitely pass on my experience here in the community and place it on our website bulletin board and beyond.
