Residential Service Manager: George Hindenach Background: Most of us do not think about our heating and air conditioning systems until we are hot or cold. My 16 plus years of sales and service in the HVAC industry has given me much insight of what a customer can go through when having to make the tough decision about when and what to purchase for their home. Listneing to the customer, conveying timely and accurate information is very important to me so that my customer can make a well informed decision about reparing or replacing their comfort system. My insight derives from over 36 years of working and teaching in the music industry as well. I have been fortunate to work with some well know artists, and have held faculty posistions at Florida Southern Unvieristy, Bowling Green State University, and North Carolina Central University, to name a few. |
